Dr. Irene Aue-Ben-David is since 2015 the director of the Leo Baeck Institute Jerusalem.
After concluding her PhD on the German-Jewish historian Selma Stern (PhD in Modern History 2010, University of Göttingen) she participated in two major research projects at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, before taking up her position at the Leo Baeck Institute.
